25 October 2007. SAS Sergeant Matthew Locke 33, was killed by Taliban fighters in Oruzgan Province.

27 April 2008. Lance Corporal Jason Marks 27, was killed in battle with Taliban fighters in Oruzgan Province.

Sean McCarthy

27 July 8 2008. Signaller Sean McCarthy 25, was killed in a bomb blast while conducting vehicle patrols in an area believed to be occupied by the Taliban.

Michael Fussell

27 November 2008. Lieutenant. Michael Fussell 25, was killed during an operation against Taliban insurgents in Oruzgan Province after an improvised explosive device (IED) was detonated.

18 July 2009. Benjamin Ranaudo, 22, army private. Killed in a roadside bomb blast while on foot patrol in the Baluchi Valley.

23 November 2007. Private Luke Worsley 26, from 4RAR commando unit in Sydney killed in battle with Taliban fighters in Oruzgan Province.

19 March 2009. Brett Till 31, an SAS sergeant was killed when an improvised explosive device detonated as he was trying to disarm it.

21 Febuary 2011. Sapper Jamie Ronald Larcombe 21, and an Afghan interpreter were shot dead by insurgents while on patrol in the Mirabad Valley, southeast of Patrol Base Wali.

Todd Langley

4 July 2011. Sergeant Todd Langley 35, 2nd Commando Regiment was helping clear out an area in southern Afghanistan when he was hit in the head by insurgent fire and died on the battle field.

In memory of the Australian Soldiers who have paid the supreme sacrifice for their country during the Afghanistan Campaign.

2 July 2012. Sergeant Blaine Diddams 40, was serving with the Special Operations Task Group in Afghanistan when he was killed during an engagement with insurgents.

30 January 4 2009. Private Gregory Michael Sher 30, was killed as a result of an indirect rocket attack in Oruzgan Province.
